Long Overdue Bill Regulating Abortion Clinics Passes Kansas House

The House of Representatives passed legislation regulating abortion clinics today by a vote of 97-26.  The legislation now goes to the Senate where time is running out on the legislative session.  The Kansas Catholic Conference testified earlier in the year in favor of the legislation.
